The HCC has 21000 m² of garden and green zone and a high quality building where refinement and good taste combine with a comfort above average such as central heating in all rooms, the return system warm water in all toilets, the radiantly heated floor in the 80 m² lounge, laundry and ironing services, meals specially supervised by a nutritionist, a TV room and a gym equipped with machines where several gymnastic classes take place.

Outside, we have 2 swimming pools, a maintenance circuit and we offer areas for gardening or small agriculture, and more than 5000 m² of lawns suitable for all kinds of activities.
