ACTIVITIES
Heritage offers a wide range of activities that we consider to be highly important in the development and recovery of the individual and which will definitely make your stay more pleasant, such as: swimming pools, equipped gym with several classes by a qualified instructor, yoga, chi-kung, horse therapy, art therapy by qualified coaches, table tennis, mini football, cycle tourism, abseiling, canoeing, hiking, beach walks, gardening and introduction to small-scale agriculture.
However, activities considered playful or not considered as a complement to therapy will only be available at times defined by the internal regulations as leisure time.
