<\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]Our philosophy is mainly based on the assumption: \u201cIt is possible to change\u201d. Everyone has inner resources to change a certain behaviour, it requires readjustment and adaptation until the desired outcome is achieved: an enjoyable successful life based on positive and constructive goals.<\/p>\n

In this way, we invest in our resident\u2019s treatment by allowing him to understand himself better without external constraints, to be a critical thinker, to better understand the others so that he can deal with conflicts without running from them. \u00a0To acquire new skills in a creative way so that he can become enthusiastic and achieve a better performance in life.<\/p>\n

Since, in order to generate energy, we need to feed ourselves, it is crucial for us to teach our residents how to have a balanced diet, to breath (yoga, meditation and chi-kung) and to exercise (gymnastics, hikes, etc.) in order to expand that same energy and to allow a more powerful and fulfilling connection between mind and body.[\/vc_column_text]

We strongly believe that the primary purpose of the treatment is the change, a change of behaviour, of our vision on the world, a change in the way we feel and in the way we act. Without change there is no progress, without progress there is no recovery. It is the shift from negativity to positivity, from unhappiness to happiness.
